Emmtech Philosophy
The directors of Emmtech feel that "old fashioned customer care"
(which appears to be lacking today) needs to be revived in a business's
attitude towards their customers. Hence we take the approach of "whatever
they need, whatever it takes."
Our primary business objective is to provide a professional IT support service that significantly improves the total reliability of every system we are commissioned to service. We want to set ourselves apart from other support firms by adding that extra value to the service that's not offered else where.
That extra value comes through the dedicated professionals we employ that maintain good communications with our customers and are able to work outside the perceived "normal" methods of our industry to provide a support level that is exactly what you the customer wants.
We want our customers to consider our service to be that of a business partner, helping them to maintain their core business objectives and adding value to improve the service they can offer their customers.

Want us to open the office, do the job & lock up? We'll do it!
We believe that you should only pay us for what we actually do, rather
than quote you for a job which would usually contain a cost element for
contingencies.
To this end we charge on an hourly basis for all work carried out, so you only pay for what we actually do. We can, however, provide a quotation for you if this helps you to plan your budget. Thus far this has always worked in favour of our clients.
Software Development
When you commission us to undertake any development work, upon payment,
we will provide you with a copy of the complete source code ensuring that
you have complete control over your bespoke software application.
Most software developers retain the source code to the applications they develop for clients, this effectively binds the client to the software developers. We believe this takes an unfair advantage of the customer, who may become unhappy with the service being provided and may wish to seek another developer to care for their bespoke system.
We are confident that this will not be the case for clients of Emmtech.
