Range Rover Evoque Localisation - UK & China
The Range Rover Evoque was Jaguar Land Rover's (JLR) first overseas production operation; partnering with Chery Automobile in China, a JV was formed under the brand of CJLR. The Evoque technology was transferred from the UK to China for localisation through the Chinese automotive supply chain and build of the vehicle in CJLR's new manufacturing plant in China.
emmtech were contracted to support the technology transfer, and localisation of a US/UK tier one automotive supplier to Shanghai China. We provided the insight and support to enable the production of the Range Rover Evoque in China.
emmtech's knowledge of the Chinese supply and automotive sectors was invaluable to the trip-party project group based in the UK and China.

EEF are the voice manufacturing in the UK, they champion manufacturing and engineering,offering support services across industry.
Having delivered EEF's Technology Training Centre project in 2013, emmtech were awarded the contract to lead the project for their new Technology Hub in Birmingham UK. Working with the key stake holders within the client's business, emmtech developed the client project brief, identified the facility requirements, and developed the budget for client approval.
Following budget approval by the client, emmtech managed the statutory planning process, contractor selection, and project initiation. On statutory planning approval, emmtech worked on behalf of the client to manage the construction and fit out process and the project budget.

Baxter Gambro - Czech Republic & Malaysia
Baxter Gambro manufactures a range of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment, supporting the medical services sector.
Supporting Baxter Gambro renal business, emmtech were tasked to deliver business, and manufacturing process improvements. We combined MP&L, tooling, supplier quality, and customer/supplier communication to one of their Malaysian business units.
